All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations.

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or altered.

 

Why We Don't Accept Cancellations

What If I Made a Mistake?

Please Note: Contacting us does not guarantee a cancellation. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • Changing quantities

  • Adding or removing products

  • Changing shipping addresses

  • Changing shipping methods

  • Applying discount codes after purchase

If you need additional products, you are welcome to place a new order.

 

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse delivery of your package or if the package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address:

  • You will not receive a refund for the product cost

  • You will not receive a refund for original shipping charges

  • If you wish to have the package re-shipped, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs

 

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is if we cancel your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or inventory issues

  • Pricing or product description errors

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Payment verification issues

  • Shipping restrictions to your location

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Platform-Specific Notes

 

Etsy Orders

Etsy's platform may have its own cancellation features, but our policy supersedes those options. Cancellation requests submitted through Etsy will be declined.

 

Amazon Orders

Amazon's A-to-Z guarantee may have separate provisions. However, we maintain that cancellation requests should not be approved for orders that have been processed. Returns due to buyer's remorse are not accepted per our Returns Policy.

 

Website Orders

Orders placed through our website are subject to this Cancellation Policy without exception.
