By placing an order or using our Services, you confirm that you:

2. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography, lighting, or screen display differences

• Natural products like maple syrup may have slight variations in color between batches due to seasonal differences; this is normal and does not indicate a quality issue

• We reserve the right to correct any errors in product descriptions or pricing

Placing Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability

• Errors in pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

• Inability to verify payment information

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. We accept payment methods as indicated at checkout on each platform.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated

• Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

 

5. Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our business and our commitment to processing orders promptly, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

6. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the perishable nature of food products:

• Returns are accepted only in the case of food spoilage or product defects

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

• You must contact us with photos of the affected product before returning

• Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after review

7. Product Use and Safety

• Our maple syrup products are intended for human consumption

• Please check product labels for allergen information and ingredients

• Store products according to label instructions

• We are not responsible for any adverse reactions or issues resulting from improper storage, handling, or use of our products

All content on our website and product listings, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission

• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization

• Create derivative works based on our content

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms (Etsy, Amazon, payment processors, shipping carriers)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our business, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

 

12. Third-Party Platforms

Purchases made through Etsy or Amazon are also subject to those platforms' terms of service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the platform's terms, these Terms shall govern with respect to our policies on cancellations, returns, and refunds.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

 

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
